In addition to manufacturing systems of a diverse nature Digital Analysis also provides field support services including instrumentation calibration and verification. Discharge permits across the nation often require that the integrity of the waste treatment control system be verified by an outside source on a periodic basis. We provide the necessary reports for permit compliance. In order to ensure a high standard of quality all of our instrumentation and reference standards are NIST traceable. |

Custom Plastic Fabrication Services... |

It is nearly impossible to put together an entire waste treatment system or plating line with tanks that are available from a catalog. This requires that we be proficient in many areas of plastic fabrication. Our craftsman use the best materials available to produce vessels of impeccable quality. All of our vessels are hydrostatically tested to ensure quality. Since the availability of long term engineering data on stress analysis is limited or non-existent for thermo plastic materials, we routinely perform destructive "burst" testing on experimental vessels to assist in determining reinforcement techniques. |
