Digital Analysis manufacturers a complete line of pH adjustment systems for the neutralization of acids and bases from any industrial source. We have available skid mounted pH Neutralization systems ranging in size from 1GPM up to 1,000 GPM. For pH adjustment applications larger than 1,000 GPM we have custom fabricated systems that are derivatives of our standard, off-the-shelf pH Systems.

We have three families of pH adjustment systems available, as follows:

• pHASE pH Adjustment systems feature a very compact footprint and are specifically designed to fit into small spaces. This family of pH Systems is available in sizes ranging from 1GPM up to 60 GPM. These systems are capable of neutralizing very highly acidic and very highly alkaline wastewaters.
• batchTREAT pH Adjustment systems are similar to the pHASE family of pH Systems, however, these are much larger pH Systems covering a range of 40GPM to 1,000 GPM. As with the pHASE family, the batchTREAT family of pH neutralization systems are capable of neutralizing very highly acidic and very highly alkaline wastewaters.
• labTREAT pH Adjustment systems are specifically designed to neutralize the effluents typically associated with laboratories, pharmaceutical wastewaters and effluent from the Biotech industry. This family of pH neutralization systems is capable of handling very high flows in a small footprint. The labTREAT family, is capable of handling a wide range of effluents, but does not possess all of the capabilities of the pHASE or batchTREAT families.
